Houses across Scotland run from sleeps-10 up to 20–30+ once you count annexes and converted outbuildings. The bigger the group, the earlier you book — genuinely large houses get taken a year ahead for summer and bank holidays.

On every house we list, yes — exclusive use of the entire property, not a wing or one unit on a shared site. That's the whole reason to book a house instead of a block of hotel rooms.
№ 03Is one big house cheaper than several cottages?
Usually. Divide the weekly total by the number of people and a Scotland house often works out less per head than several smaller lets — and everyone's in the same place, which is the point.
